One of the most under used tools in racing is the dyno. Having your power plant sorted and proven before pulling into the drag strip will give you invaluable information so that you can be confident in where you are starting. Often, racers do not have what they think they have and this can mean that adjustments made trackside do not give the expected results. Use of the dyno can eliminate the guesswork.
